Winding Away Stress

There is always a time that we want to de-stress. Just like this one, I and my friends unwind at Bogo City Port and Bogo City Heritage Square.
The wind just kiss us with love. Hmmmnn...you too are stress in everyday living, so to de-stress you, here are some simple tips for you.
1. Smile. You don't own all the problems of the world, so have a smirk or smize (smile with your
eyes) according to Tyra Banks.
2. Remember that you are special. If you feel blue and want to cut out that darn life, think of those people who landed in the hospital fighting for life. You are still lucky.
3. Be creative. The world is an oyster, so get the most of it.
4. Feel the nature for it will give you serenity. The brave sunrise, the humble sunset, the cool breeze, the smell of the spring and summer.. I thank God for them.
5. Eat well. Nothing beats a healthy body, mind, and soul.
6. Exercise. Sweat the stress out.
7. Pray and meditate. It is a very exercise of mine to keep my mind at peace and rest it all in God's great hands. When I'm angry or sad, I confess to Him, and everything feels better. ;-)
8. Of course, take a lot of photos. When you get old, life's history is summarized through them.
9. Relax
10. Have enough sleep.
These tips work for me, so hopefully work for you too.
God bless, everyone.
